Terms of Use Agreement

Definitions

  • "Site": The website of Visus Agency at visusagency.com.
  • "Agency": Visus, the owner/operator of the Site.
  • "User": Any person who visits or browses the Site.
  • "Content": Texts, images, videos, designs, showcased projects, and any material published on the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


Permitted Use

  • Users are permitted to browse the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Users must not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially use the Content without prior written permission from the Agency and/or without giving clear and appropriate credit to the source.
  • Users must not remove any intellectual property notices, trademarks, or copyright notices associated with the Content.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Content and materials displayed on the Site are reserved by the Agency or by third parties who have licensed such rights to the Agency.
  • Reproducing, re-creating, modifying, or otherwise using the works in a way that presents them as the User's original work is prohibited without the Agency's explicit written consent.

Acceptable Use and User Conduct

  • Users are prohibited from taking any action that may harm the Site's integrity, security, or performance, including (but not limited to): cyberattacks, uploading malicious code, automated scraping, or using automated tools to extract Content.
  • Uploading or publishing content that infringes others' rights, violates laws, or endangers the Site or its visitors is prohibited.
  • The Agency reserves the right to take legal action, block access, and/or report offenses to relevant authorities in case of violations.

Data Collection, Analytics & Cookies

  • The Site collects limited visit data for analytical purposes (for example: Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and similar analytics providers). Such data typically includes: IP addresses (which may be truncated or hashed for analytics purposes), browser type, operating system, entry/exit pages, timestamps, and referrer information.
  • The Site does not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., ID numbers, banking details, health information) merely as a result of browsing.

Limitation of Liability

  • Except as required by applicable law, the Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or Content.
  • The Agency shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a User's breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

Suspension or Termination of Access

The Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these Terms or poses a risk to the system or the Agency's reputation, without prior notice and while taking any necessary legal measures.


Changes to the Terms

The Agency may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site and will apply from their posting date. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority to resolve disputes arising under these Terms.


General Provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Failure by the Agency to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
